Very worst service.while Servicing ,technician damaged RO one month before but they are not responding . They are excusing everyday.My best advice is purchase directly from the company don't go with these type third party dealers.
Very very poor service, we replaced all filters in last may month 05-05-2019 he telling 1year warranty we pay rs,3500 that time only he replaced new spare, before 1week our technician change Old filter but machine not working properly water not coming, again we raised to complaint our technician name Mr.pasu Pathi,told water pump problem.you need to change pay rs1800,i agree to change,today(03-11-2019)our technician come change water pump and main filter change also old spare only,we asking why change old spare that person give our manager number Mr. Ramesh (manager) this euro services person not use genuine spare old spare only, already used other locations ..we take picture and video also...
